Small Business Website Designers – Easy Set-up Guide
All of our websites can be purchased with or without a Service Plan. Without our Service Plan you simply pay the full price for your website design, by ordering your website with one of our 12 month or 24 month Service Plans you get your business website design cheaper as we simply factor the rest into your Service Plan. Below is information which might be helpful to get you started choosing a website design and working out whether you would prefer a website design with or without our Service Plan.

If the answer is yes, that is great, if not we advise you choose our entry web design package with 4 pages as you can either save money by using any extra pages at any time, or simply add more pages at a later date. For a 4 page website you will pay a one off set up fee of only £350 to cover the time it takes designing your business website.
- Step 2 : What else do I need to run a website? Click
We take the worry out of that too, we are not called Easybiz Sites for nothing. Just like a mobile phone contract we look after everything you need and if you are not sure of what you need, simply choose our entry level £15 a month service plan and it will give you everything you need. This includes your web hosting, domain name and access to emails allowing your email to have the same uniform as your website. Eg myname@mybusiness.co.uk.
You will also have access to your web designer who will be your account manager. You can get free advice any time from your account manager tailored to your business needs. We avoid jargon so speak your language and you do not have to deal with call centres.
Best of all, you can upgrade at any time you choose, because we understand that your business needs may grow, and our service plans are flexible and allow for that.

- How can I trust you to deliver on your promises?
Our brand and our designs and service are vital to us. Your account manager is a real person, who will be the same person that designed your website. You will have this persons direct line, so is accountable for everything. For our business website designers, there is no hiding place, no blame culture, just honest advice and first class service. - How do I pay for website design?
Just head to the web design page, select how many pages you want and check out. All our prices exclude VAT. But you get your first month Service Plan free, this gives us enough time to design your website and for you to be happy enough for it to go live. About our Business Web Design Service Plans
- What is the difference in price between a website with and without Service Plan
By visiting our website design prices page you will see the main price which is based on having a business website design with a Service Plan. It also quotes the full price of the website design, which is for people who do not want a Service Plan with us. On average the set-up price is 50% higher without the Service Plan, because that is the full price of a website design.
- Will I own my website outright with a Service Plan?
Until you have finished paying your Service Plan, we own the website and all of the copyright. Once you have finished your Service Plan we transfer it all to you, this way you do not pay full price, because once your Service Plan has expired we transfer everything to you including the domain name, design and databases over to you completely free.
It works much like a mobile phone contract in the way that if you take out a contract with us, you get your website cheaper, much like getting an iPhone or iPad as part of your mobile phone service plan. The only way you would be expected to pay anything for the release of your website is if you did not stick to the Service Plan. In other words if you cancel early, the remaining figure for the full price will be divided up over how many months your Service Plan runs for, minus how long you have had the Service Plan, and that would give us the figure of how much it will cost to terminate your contract early.
If you decided you wanted to cancel your contract early, but did not wish to take your website or domain name with you, you would only need to give us 28 days notice, and that month is all you would pay.
- Why do it that way?
It allows us to make our prices very competitive and be able to offer first class support and an all-in-one business website design service. We use the “suspended fee” e.g. the full price of the website to only come into action if somebody cancels the Service Plan before it is supposed to end. We had cases of some companies that agreed to the Service Plan to get the lower price and then stop paying the Service Plan after a month.
Because you are not actually paying anything extra for your website design as long as you abide by the agreement, this makes sure both the client and Easybiz get a fair deal. Everyone is a winner!
Secondly, we have found many conflicts from rogue hosting and Search Engine Optimisation companies leading to websites being either completely lost of the client being unhappy because the work they did had a negative impact on the website design. We thought the best idea would be to keep everything in one place for our clients, so we came up with the idea of the Service Plan.
This way you get an all-in-one solution that includes everything you need to make sure your website is kept online and includes at least basic Search Engine Optimisation. Our Service Plan monthly prices also come in cheaper than getting a third party to take care of all these things. And if anything does go wrong and we are responsible for it, it is our responsibility to put it right.
If you take your website away to be hosted and lose it or it is defaced, you would not be covered. And would end up having to spend out on a new website design again, something that is very common when people choose the cheapest hosting they can find.
- How do I pay for my Service Plan
The minimum Service Plan for any websites for 6 pages or less is £15 a month, for over that it is £25 a month. Both of those are for a period of 24 months (for the Service Plans that are higher it is only 12 months). Once your website is complete you will be sent an invoice with your Service Plan info on it (you will have already discussed it with your Web Designer when they call).
